Lehigh Valley Health Network’s contract with UnitedHealthcare ended on April 26, 2026.
Around 50,000 patients are expected to be affected by the change.
Note that network access to Jefferson Health’s legacy hospitals, facilities and its physicians is not impacted by this change. Medicare Supplement plans are also not affected.
LVHN and United had been negotiating for more than two years.
