United Healthcare and Covenant Medical Group have reached an agreement in principle on a new multi-year relationship that maintains network access for people enrolled in United Healthcare employer-sponsored commercial and Medicare plans.
A representative for United Healthcare has confirmed both parties reached an agreement Friday morning.
However, Covenant Health‘s web site has not been updated as of May 9th.
I will continue to monitor.
UPDATE: a recheck on May 12th showed the site still had not been updated.
