Ascension St. Vincent, based in Indianapolis, Indiana, and UnitedHealthcare are currently negotiating the terms of their network contract renewal.
The current contract expires on July 31, 2026, and if an agreement is not reached, Ascension St. Vincent will be out-of-network with the following UnitedHealthcare plans beginning on August 1:
- Employer-sponsored commercial plans
- Medicare Advantage plans
- Medicaid plans
This contract negotiation does not affect Ascension St. Vincent Evansville or Ascension St. Vincent Warrick. It also does not affect Ascension Living. These facilities will remain in-network regardless of the outcome.
