Eye Health Northwest and UnitedHealthcare’s medical provider contract expired on August 15, 2026, except for the Eye Health Northwest Vancouver Clinic. The contract covering the Vancouver clinic expires on April 30, 2027.
This only applies to care that would be filed under medical coverage. Care that would be filed under vision coverage (such as routine eye exams and glasses) is not affected and will remain in-network through the vision contract.
