HCA Florida Healthcare is now reporting the same contract negotiation update as HCA Healthcare in Texas. As such, it appears this dispute is national in scope — or, at least, multi-state.

If no agreement is reached all HCA Florida Healthcare facilities, including all hospitals, will go out-of-network beginning on October 1, 2026.

As of right now, there is no announcement on HCA Healthcare’s main site, but I will be monitoring.
