Conway Regional Health System and UnitedHealthcare have reached a new multi-year agreement, ensuring patients with UnitedHealthcare commercial insurance will continue to receive uninterrupted, in-network care across Conway Regional facilities and affiliated clinics.
The deal was completed ahead of the August 15 deadline, avoiding any disruption for thousands of Arkansas patients.
Patients with UnitedHealthcare commercial insurance do not need to make any changes.
