Legacy Health and UnitedHealthcare are currently negotiating the renewal of their provider network contract. The current agreement expires on September 30, 2026.
If no agreement is reached, care received at Legacy Health in Oregon and Washington will be out-of-network for UnitedHealthcare members, beginning October 1.
This includes the following locations:
- Legacy Emanuel Medical Center (Portland, OR)
- Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center (Portland, OR)
- Legacy Meridian Park Medical Center (Tualatin, OR)
- Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center (Gresham, OR)
- Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center (Vancouver, WA)
- Legacy Silverton Medical Center (Silverton, OR)
- Randall Children’s Hospital at Legacy Emanuel (Portland, OR)
