Vermont released its ACA rate filings on June 1. The average requested rate increase is 6.78% for small group plans and 6.52% for individual plans.
Public Comments & Hearings
- The public comment period runs through July 27, 2026.
- A hearing for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont is scheduled for Monday, July 20, at 8:00 a.m. ET.
- A hearing for MVP Health Plan is scheduled for Wednesday, July 22, at 8:00 am ET
- A public comment forum will be held on Thursday, July 23, at 4:00 pm ET.
Final Decisions: expected in August.
