Covenant Health is announcing that network contract negotiations with UnitedHealthcare have not succeeded. As a result, their facilities will be out-of-network with UnitedHealthcare after the end of the contact on June 30, 2026.
The following hospitals are affected:
- Claiborne Medical Center, Tazewell
- Covenant Health LeConte, Sevierville
- Covenant Health Rone, Harriman
- Cumberland Medical Center, Crossville
- Fort Loudoun Medical Center, Lenoir City
- Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center, Knoxville
- Methodist Medical Center, Oak Ridge
- Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System, Morristown
- Parkwest Medical Center, Knoxville
These negotiations affect employer-sponsored, individual/family, and Medicare Advantage members. They are still in process.
